Deborah A. Colwill (PhD Benedictine University College of Business) is Associate Professor of Educational and Leadership Studies at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and is also Chair of the Educational Ministries Department.  She is author of Educating the Scholar-Practitioner in Organization Development (IAP, 2012) as well as her most recent book Conflict, Power, and Organizational Change (Routledge, 2021).
