Diarmid A. Finnegan (PhD University of Edinburgh) is Reader in Human Geography at Queen’s University, Belfast. His research centers on the historical geographies of science and religion. He is author of The Voice of Science: British Scientists on the Lecture Circuit in Gilded Age America (University of Pittsburgh Press, 2021) and co-author of Conjunctive Explanations in Science and Religion (Routledge, 2023).
