Harry Stackhouse (1945-2021) founded the Dove Church in 1989 where he then served as Senior Pastor at Sign of the Dove Church in Waukegan, Illinois. In addition to his pastoral duties, he also oversaw several other Sign of the Dove Churches in the United States and around the world. Mr. Stackhouse also served as President of United Ministries for Christ.
