John Woodbridge

John D. Woodbridge (Doctorat de Troisième Cycle, Universite de Toulouse) is Research Professor of Church History and the History of Christian Thought at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He has published and edited numerous works, including The Evangelicals: What They Believe, Who They Are, Where They Are Changing (Abingdon Press, 1975), Church History, Volume Two: From Pre-Reformation to the Present Day: The Rise and Growth of the Church in Its Cultural, Intellectual, and Political Context (Zondervan Academic, 2013), and Biblical Authority: Infallibility and Inerrancy in the Christian Tradition (Zondervan Academic, 2015). He has, among other awards and honors, received four Gold Medallion Awards for his works related to Christian history and biography.
