La Tonia Winston earned a PhD in Educational Studies with an emphasis in Higher Education at TEDS. She is currently the Director of Learning & Teaching Success at Trinity Christian College/Assistant Professor of Education. Her research interests are currently focused on education and culture, specifically narrative pedagogies (the use of personal cultural stories and gospel stories in spiritual formation), higher education administration, and mentorship of college students.
