Luke Timothy Johnson (PhD Yale University) is Robert W. Woodruff Professor Emeritus of New Testament and Christian Origins at Candler School of Theology, Emory University. He is author of 31 books, including The Writings of the New Testament (3rd Edition) (Fortress Press, 2010), Prophetic Jesus, Prophetic Church: The Challenge of Luke-Acts to Contemporary Christians (Eerdmans, 2011), and Miracles: God’s Presence and Power in Creation (Westminster John Knox Press, 2018).
