Michael Glerup (PhD Drew University) is Executive Director for the The MacMillan Center Project on Religious Freedom and Society in Africa at Yale University. He has taught extensively in Africa on Religion in Late Antiquity. He also initiated and directed regional and pan-African conferences in Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal, Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, and Egypt.
