Vern S. Poythress (PhD Harvard University; DTh University of Stellenbosch) is Distinguished Professor of New Testament and Biblical Interpretation at Westminster Theological Seminary. He is author of numerous books and articles, including Symphonic Theology: The Validity of Multiple Perspectives in Theology (P&R, 2001), Chance and the Sovereignty of God: A God-Centered Approach to Probability and Random Events (Crossway, 2014) and Interpreting Eden: A Guide to Faithfully Reading and Understanding Genesis 1-3 (Crossway, 2019).
