EA Consortium
Mark your calendars! This April, the Henry Center is sponsoring a Consortium on Emerging Adulthood. This two-day event will bring together a diverse mix of emerging adult stakeholders to engage in rich conversation for the purpose of networking, collaborating, and learning from one another. Come and join the conversation with others who care deeply about ministering to and with emerging adults.
The Emerging Adulthood Consortium will bring together pastors and other practitioners, as well as graduate students, to focus on the challenges that emerging adults are facing and reflect together about how to collaboratively work together to intentionally connect with these young people. This two-day event will bring together a diverse mix of emerging adult stakeholders to engage in rich conversation for the purpose of networking, collaborating, and learning from one another. |

Speakers
The consortium will feature Rick Dunn and Jana Sundene authors of Shaping the Journey of Emerging Adults: Life-Giving Rhythms for Spiritual Transformation (2012).
Richard R. Dunn is lead pastor of Fellowship Evangelical Free Church in Knoxville, Tennessee, a congregation consisting primarily of emerging adults. He was formerly chair of educational ministries at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL.
Jana Sundene is an Associate Professor of Christian Ministries (Trinity College). Before coming to Trinity in 1990, Professor Sundene served as an associate director of youth at Garden Grove Community Church in California and at Willow Creek Community Church in Illinois.
