Resident Fellowship - Registration
The following form is a one-stop shop for all that you need to register on campus. By completing this form, you will receive a Trinity I.D. card, activate your status in the library, register your car, and receive the required on-campus parking pass. Apartment keys will be picked up and signed out upon your campus arrival.

Resident Fellowship - Housing Resources
Work Order: If you have any problems with your housing unit, please submit all work requests to the university request form. If the problem persists, please talk with Geoffrey.
Campus Notifications: Interested in being notified about closed school or various other emergency alerts? Register with Trinity’s “notify me” to have messages emailed to your personal account or texted to your phone. Ask HCTU staff about this.
Dining Services: Meal passses for dining services may be purchased in groups of 10. You can purchase them at the entrance to the dining hall. Meals are $5.85 (subject to change) and they are added directly to your I.D. card.
Fitness Center: The fitness center available to all staff and students. It is located in the Aldeen building, immediately west of the F apartment building. You will have to sign in with your I.D., but the card itself is not required and spouses may use the same number. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00am-9:00pm; Saturday, 12:00pm-6:00pm; and, Sunday, 3:00pm-9:00pm.
