Sapientia’s Theology and the Arts section seeks submission of original poetry, CNF, fiction, and visual art as well as reflections, criticism, and reviews of poetry, CNF, fiction, visual art, music, film, and so on. All work should suit our audience of educated lay, largely evangelical readers and represent the Henry Center’s vision of advancing Christian wisdom in all areas of life—in this case, the aesthetic.
As we launch this section, our hope is to feature one new theology and arts piece each Wednesday during the academic year.
Submit up to 5 poems (up to 5 pages), 5 images, or 2 prose pieces. Max 1,500 words for prose.
Text files should be in RTF, DOC, or DOCX file format. Images should be JPG formatted for online and mobile viewing at a max width of 800 px.
Submit work and inquiries to Brad Fruhauff. Include one of the following in the subject line:
POETRY
FICTION
CNF
IMAGE
REVIEW
REFLECTION
CRITICISM
