Joseph Francis (PhD Wayne State University) is Professor of Biology at the Master’s University and Assistant Professor of Health Sciences at Liberty University. He currently serves as Dean of the school of science, mathematics, technology and health at the Master’s University. He also serves as a board member of the Creation Biology Society.
