Zachs-Toro Gaiya is a PhD candidate in intercultural studies. Zachs has served in a variety of Christian ministries, and is currently serving as Community Life Pastor at New Community Covenant Church in Logan Square, and as an adjunct professor. He is interested in researching who/what is an evangelical and what guides and frames evangelical engagement with non-evangelicals. He is also interested in the way we engage with difference without othering the other.
