Janice Horsager Rasmussen

Janice Horsager Rasmussen (PhD Africa International University) is the Director of Program Development and Evaluation for the Department of Family, Health and Wellbeing at the University of Minnesota Extension. Previously, she worked as a missionary for over twenty-two years, teaching education, family, and spiritual development at colleges in Tanzania and Kenya. She authored the chapter “Loving ‘Witches’: A Christian Educational Intervention to Help Those Accused of Witchcraft in Northwest Tanzania” in Christianity and Suffering: African Perspectives (Langham, 2017).
